PIXIE CHEETAH!This girl is such a doll.Calm, Content, Cute as a buttonAnd her coloring is absolutely lovely.Hardy crimp, soft hand and a long staple. This is a noteworthy female.Gorgeous to look at with a perfect little nose and attractive head.Pixie cheetah is out of my female, Red Brick Gables Maxine, a Mile High The Reverend Mr Black daughter. Max's Mom is an appaloosa female; Coffe Pot Elke.Cheetah takes after her mom in stature. She is a big girl. But not tall and lanky. stout and solid. Just the way we like them. Her Dad is a multi champion fawn; PVA King of Diamonds owned by Kitt Hollister at Howling Hill Farm. King won ribbons for brightness and Cheetah has that quality in spades. This is a really really difficult girl to part with but I am retaining Max - Max is two for two for delivering harlequinn when bred to solid fawn - that propensity could be shared by her daughter.Pixie Cheetah is being bred to Camoflage BHAR of Big Hat Ranch (thank you Cass!) for a Spring 2019 cria. Camo is a WORLD CHAMP multi male (rose grey harlequin) with a 19/20 score for fineness and hand for his fleece. He is an elite animal and we think Camo and Cheetah will make stunning world class offspring!High end Harlequin female with a higher propensity to deliver harlequin x Harlequin male with world class character = AMAZINGAnd my girl Pixie Cheetah had herself a harlequin male we named Tiger Sprite (get it?) who had a 7.5' staple on his first 10 month shearing. See him under Herdsires. This guy has developed into the most impressive guy and we are excited to out cross some already established harley/appy genetics along with a few noteworthy solids in 2024. He has a presence that is unforgettable.Pixie was bred to Springtoo Skyfall and we were hoping for an elite fleeced harley offspring but instead got an incredibly bright elite fleeced light fawn with outstanding coverage we are naming The Herold (like Hark the herold angels sing.... a royal messenger)(Harry for short) - he is incredible. I think he is a fawn but he could become a harley (there is a halo of something there but alas); regardless he is beautiful. So go Cheetah!!!!I had sold Cheetah bred to Man of Mystery to my dear friends up at Mule Train but then I had such giant regrets about it, they agreed to walk down the path of a co-owned female. So I can still have my girl here and watch her produce more beautiful babies for each of us!!! Wish us luck. Co-owning a female can be a sticky wicket but I think we can do it! This upcoming baby will belong to Mule Train and I am SUPER EXCITED for them. :)Pixie Cheetah delivered a Man of Mystery female in 2023 and to say her well developed locked fleece is gorgeous is again... an understatement. Mule Train Named her Tessa and she holds court with a number of other Man of Mystery kids that have incredible fleece traits.Pixie will likely be bred back to Man of Mystery in early 2024 so we can have a female too. :)
