Clementine is a girl who has absolutely bloomed into an impressive female with gorgeous bright bright fleece.
Sweet sweet temperament and fabulous mother.
She hails from one of my foundation females Empire's Jezebel and Justified. Justified of course was a multi Champion fawn with absolutely noteworthy fiber characteristics. Of course. Jezebel was my first modern grey and she continues to produce that color in amazing fashion when bred to modern... Fine. Strong character. Long staple. Easy mama. Super mild temperament.
Clementine had her first cria in summer 2019. The sire was Cupid. The outcome was gorgeous.
I bred Clementine back to Silver Lining and she delivered a fawn boy in 2021 - and you may be thinking ... meh... BUT if you could see this little guys fleece. OMG! He might be one of the most organized bright fleeces in the barn... AND his fleece is roan. A fawn roan which is right up my alley. His coverage is crazy. You can look across all 23 kids and his fleece screams.. LOOK AT ME! We did an exploratory Histogram on this guy and it came back at 15.5 micron and 3.7% SD. Be looking for Willow Wind' Sensei in the show ring.
Clementine is lined up to be bred to The Shaman for 2023. I am so excited about this boy.
