Even temperament while being a bit silly. :) I just love this girl
Maggie is out of a modern grey female in my foundation herd; Empires Jezebel. Jez has had two females here at Willow Wind and they both share a brightness in their fleece and staple length to drool over.
Her pedigree is outstanding.
Dad is Avatar.
And Mom has a powerpacked lineage with some of the greats; 38 special, Rincon Cloud. Jez's sire is Emerald Farms Stone Cloud with Victor and Danko in his background and the dam is Grapevine Farm's Bella Sera, an outstanding dam with both 38 and Rincon Cloud in hers.
Maggie whose farm name is "Squirt" is anything but - medium to tall solid female with all kinds of presence.
Maggie's Year one histogram results are jaw dropping for a rose grey female:
AFD 17.5, SD 3.0, CV 17.2
For a grey the unifromity in her light and dark fibers is absolutely noteworthy.
Maggie just outdid herself at the National Western stock show winning Color Champion in Halter as well as Color Champion in fleece with a score of 83.5 points.
Maggie is bred to Court Jester and we are anxiously awaiting her first cria!

Maggie gave birth to one of the most outstanding offspring - a rose grey boy with simply elite everything. Typey as hey hey and a fleece which is bundled and full of BRIGHT BRIGHT character. I could say that Excalibur met his Mom in excellence but dare I say he has outdone her...
We are pairing Mom up with GE Spring 2023. And I cannot wait to see what that brings.
And bring it she did; A little girl; Splash, is a well fleeced bright and crimpy little pumpkin pie. More to come on her. :)
